Your Input

What we need
To demonstrate the benefits of Empolis Service Express®, we will set up the solution with your company data. Therefore, we need some input from you:
 

Document base

  • Up to 200 different documents (e.g. operating instructions, service notes, etc.)
  • Names for two product or machine groups, each with two sub-variants. We will then create a simple knowledge model for you.
  • A mind map or document of a guided fault diagnosis (yes/no diagram)

Filter concept

  • Listing of the desired filter categories (like the filters on amazon) for narrowing down and searching within documents – e.g. products, systems, models, machines, components, suppliers, subcontractors, etc.
